Greetings Friend and thanks for coming out.
I'm Patrick (that's me over there) and I'm currently a PR student at Niagara College. Before entering the big scary world of PR, I received a B.Sc. from McMaster University. My degree is in Psychology and if you asked me the merits of a psychology degree, I probably couldn't tell you. I just liked the course work and at the time, didn't mind getting a degree that had very little real world value.
I came across Sporcle during a study break. I searched Google looking for a quiz on the birth states of the US Presidents (I know, I'm so cool) and happened upon the site. After dabbling for a few months, I decided to join Sporcle. To date, I have played over 18000 quizzes and I have accumulated 227 of the 324 available achievement badges. I love to play Sporcle as a means of relaxation and to keep up my encyclopedic knowledge of sports and geography trivia.
Outside of quizzing, I am an avid and
enthusiastic fan of Toronto Sports teams (That's me with my sister and girlfriend
at a Jays game) as well as Harry Potter Junkie.
My goal of this blog is to chronicle the constant
struggle of attaining badges from a list that is constantly
growing! It's going to be a wild
ride and I hope you come along with me.
